What deliberate action will you take, this week, this month? Lets keep the conversation and accountability alive.

We’re all in the same storm of disruption, change, and opportunity and how we respond will define what comes next. Tuesday’s Revved HumAIne event at Les Mills left me buzzing, but also clear: talking isn’t enough. It’s what we do this week, this month, that matters. A few moments that stuck with me: “This is a cultural and leadership challenge, not a technology challenge.” — Mark “It’s not one sprint and done, it’s a habit.” — Maya “Double down on human skills.” — Faye “Who are going to be the losers of the decisions made in this room?” — Julia Quick pulse-check questions for you (pick one and reply): What’s one concrete action you’ll take this week to lift your own or your team’s AI capability? Where can we give some of the productivity gains back, to people or planet? How are you choosing the right model for the job? Any simple rules of thumb? What guardrails (security, privacy, ethics) are you putting in place that others here could reuse? Who’s your accountability buddy and what are you committing to by month-end? If it helps, here’s my commitment: To educate myself about the inequity NZ is already facing, for example 1 in 5 have no digital access. Hold me to it. Resources you might find useful: We'll keep them coming, but please share your own. Listen: The Artificial Intelligence Show , by Paul Roetzer and Mike Kaput, as recommended by Mark Read: Open Ai Workforce Blueprint as recommended by Maya Learn: A course, Rapid Ai Traction for Senior Leaders with Mark Keep up to date: With Marks Weekly Newsletter Let’s build habits, not hype. Drop your action below, tag your buddy, and share one practice that’s working for you. Momentum is engineered — together.
